Kay co-founded Investory after serving as Advisor to the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange ("ADX"), during which time the exchange became a top 3 global IPO market. Prior to ADX, she spent nearly 20 years at Bank of America as Managing Director of Investment Banking, leading MENA sovereign wealth fund and key Corporate coverage delivering landmark M&A and capital market transactions

Kay is a Board Member, Audit & Finance Committee Member and Fellow of the largest global accounting professional body, the Association of Internationally Certified Professional Accountants ("AICPA") and serves on the Association of Corporate Treasurer's MENA Advisory Panel
CFO & Managing Director
Dr Bruce Foyle
Bruce co-founded Investory after serving as COO at Abu Dhabi’s Department of Economic Development, where he led the AED 5 billion IPO Fund and worked with SCA on SPAC regulations and equity class reforms. He previously spent nearly a decade as Group Head of Risk at NBAD / FAB, and held senior roles at Citigroup, Bank of Scotland, and Westpac

With 30+ years in global banking and capital markets, Bruce also served as Regional CEO of Open Minerals and advises through Solitaire Group. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of New South Wales

Saadeddine Zaher
With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, Saadeddine specializes in restructuring, balance sheet advisory and optimization, asset management, and credit risk. He previously served as CEO of M2 in Abu Dhabi, a global leader in virtual asset development, where he spearheaded the firm’s institutionalization efforts. His career includes senior leadership roles across prominent regional banks such as ADCB, Al Hilal Bank, Invest Bank and Bank of Sharjah

Iunia Rauch-Chisacof
Iunia is a highly experienced finance professional with over a decade of leadership roles at Swiss Re, one of the world’s largest providers of reinsurance and insurance. During her tenure at Swiss Re, she held several senior positions, including Head of APAC Capital Management, Director of Group Strategy Development, Head of Reinsurance Executive Office, Investor Relations Senior Manager, and Senior Treasury Officer. Her diverse roles reflect deep expertise across investor relations, treasury, capital management, and strategic planning. Iunia began her career in Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank in London. She holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Management from

Rama Abuzer
Rama is a specialist in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, with significant experience advising senior shareholders on board responsibilities, strategic governance matters, and fiduciary obligations across a range of ownership structures. She has advised on capital markets frameworks, disclosure requirements, and governance best practices, supporting companies in enhancing their legal structures and investor readiness. Rama also plays a key role in the drafting, review, and negotiation of high-value corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint venture documentation and governance charters

Edward has a passion for unlocking sustainable value opportunities combining the analytical mindset of an active equities investor with a depth of network from his decades in the UAE. With a strong grounding in stakeholder engagement and a rigorous approach to understanding what drives investor behaviour, Edward supports companies in articulating their value proposition to investors and developing business opportunities.​

Hanan Ajjan
Hanan is a specialist in graphic design and visual communication, with extensive experience creating impactful presentations, motion graphics and digital content across both English and Arabic platforms. She supports Investory in strengthening their brand presence through engaging visuals, social media content and cohesive design strategies
Hanan’s expertise is in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and creating 2D and 3D visuals, including motion graphics and web design
