Barry is a distinguished finance leader. He served for 3 decades as the President and CEO of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and its successor, the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), the largest global accounting professional body. During his tenure, he transformed the AICPA into a global accounting body, advocating for technological innovation and professional excellence.
In February 2025, Barry joined Baker Tilly as an advisor, non-executive director and chair-elect of the Baker Tilly International board of directors

Fahima Al Bastaki
Fahima is a leader in the UAE capital markets, and prior to her retirement, Fahima was Chief Business & Market Development Officer at the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange ("ADX") and Executive Vice President - Head of Business Development at Dubai Financial Market ("DFM") where she spent close to 2 decades.

She a longstanding champion of women in senior positions and for finance services and serves as a Board Member for the Dubai Women Establishment and Al Rostamani International Exchange.

Kemi Abdul
Kemi is a senior finance professional with extensive experience in investing, mergers and acquisitions, stakeholder relations and financing within the energy, power and infrastructure sectors.
She currently serves as a Board Director at InfraCorp, a position to which she was appointed by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Kemi is an alumna of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Her prior experience includes Mubadala Infrastructure Partners, Credit Suisse and General Electric.
She is recognized for her strategic insights and deep understanding of Africa, sustainable development, infrastructure, greenfield projects and financing

Caroline Stockmann
Caroline is an experienced board and C-suite director with over 30 years in the finance and treasury sectors. She is currently an External Member of the Bank of England’s SONIA Oversight committee and Chair of the SONIA Stakeholder Advisory Group among a number of other non-executive roles.
She previously held leadership positions at prominent organizations, including as CEO of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), Board Member and Deputy Chair of the European Association of Corporate Treasurers, Deputy Chair of the International Group of Treasury Associations; Chief Executive of the British Council; External Committee Member of University of Cambridge Audit Committee; CFO of Save the Children; as well as roles at Unilever and Novartis
